The clip before the mages show an army with chantry symbol shields; so I'm thinking those mages are not Flemeth's daughters, Morrigan clones...etc. I think that's a picture of a Tevinter invasion.

Why all female tevinter mages? come on! It even seems as if the Flemeth in the next pic is ordering/encouraging them!

Because it's easier to copy and paste for a microsec clip. :wizard:

Wait, what? Flemeth has an army of clones that all look like Morrigan? That doesn't make any sense.

1. Flemeth has a daughter, possesses the body, lives a while, and then repeats the process. What use has she for an army of daughters? Wouldn't that be incredibly risky since any one of them could learn her secrets or become too powerful?

2. Why would they all be clones? What technology exists to allow that?

3. Why all the fuss about Morrigan if she has a hundred others? Why bother to raise her, care for her, etc.?

Bah!

some how flemeth sounds a bit like a robin hood kind of person (not talking about the giving to the poor). she is an apostate, the thedas equivalent to an outlaw, and (we think) she is building an army of apostates in the wilderness to take revenge on those who made her that.

Have we considered the option that it is not what it appears to be? We see an army of women who appear like Morrigan, but that doesn't mean that's the case. They could be an illusion or a result of Flemeth's shape shifting. Recall that both the Desire Demon in the Fade and Branka were capable of producing duplicates of themselves during fights, and Flemeth is far more powerful than either of them.

I'm holding to my earlier theory that they are Bene Gesserit refugees from the DUNE dimension <tongue-in-cheek>.

The army opposing the MOrrigan clones are clearly templars- the symbol on their shields is the sword symbol of the Templars....I guess the mages could be Tevinter....

The Mages look ridiculously like SA morrigan to be anything other than that, They look like a cabal or a cult, not an army from a nation.

There is also an army of identical Hawkes on the other side of the battlefield if you hadn't notice... now unless King Marric, or mr. Father Hawke went on a rampage on the Isle of Awesome... I believe that's just an Illusion made by Flemeth to tell Hawke : Look at them, they are your enemy. Kill them as much as you caaaaaaaaaan...

That'd be awesome... 80 headless Moriganseseseseses... that's nice... *nods proudly*

If I remember correctly Zevran once asked Morrigan if she is aware of any other "Morrigans" running around in the world, she said she never met a sister before. I think Morrigan might be the first one of those "sisters" to break free of Flemeth's control. If you remember Flemeth said " It would be interesting to see what she does with her FREEDOM," when she asks you to spare her.

Its from the flashbacks in the Destiny trailer. Flemeth is seen commanding them against some army.

I bet some of those sisters may eventually ask you to kill their renegade sister, Morrigan.

Barring the very real possibility that the Morrigan clone army was just the byproduct of Blur looking to speed things up and not figuring dorks like us would analyze the things frame by frame, yeah, it would seem the Origins Morrigan may be some sort of "unaltered" daughter of Flemeth- she's the Boba Fett to Flemeth's Jango Fett=]

I think if they wanted to "Speed things up" they would have just used a clone of that templar army apposing the army of morrigans and nobody would have noticed. I don't think its a coincidence seeing flemeth commanding an army that looks like her daughters.

so David takes a character that was really......at one point, "one of a kind" and pulls a clone wars.......wow that rich and it makes Morrigan's character, just a clone too and one that really is not important anymore.........blah if that is true. I have a feeling the more I will move into this story of Hawke the more of it is going to be just bad news and heartbreak, next thing you know the Warden is dead from the clones he ran into, while trying to find Morrigan.......eek.

While this would be tragically sad I think it would be incredibly funny if the warden ran into those sisters while searching for morrigan, as someone said in the first page, Tis is cold in our tent!
