I'm sure there is more than one woman pirate in the entire world of Thedas, so I wouldn't rush to assume that someone who looks nothing at all like Isabela is Isabela.

I'm pretty sure that's not her. I don't want it to be her. I didn't like her, and found her skanky and condescending.

Isabella was a pretty cool character for her brief appearance in Origins. I kind of hope that isn't her in the trailer, she looked...well...rough. I'm assuming the video didn't showcase in-game graphics since the Origins didn't showcase the graphics for that game.



I'm not making fun of Origins in mentioning thing, I like the graphics to it quite well. I thought it was bad marketing to change the graphics for some of the trailers into cgi that didn't look like the in-game characters much. If you sell a product, it's always best to sell the actual product. If the game looks like the trailer graphics, then groovy!

thats possible... especially because the not-looking-alike argument doesn't really count for its a cinematic trailer.... the characters in the sacred ashes didn't really look like the ones in the game, so we rather have to check on what we really can know: theres appearantly a female pirate chick in the game, she propably can be important to hawke, considering that shes in the flashback and you dont put someone meaningless in a flashback and we already had a female pirate in DA1, so why not taking her??

I don't really think it looks anything like Isabela, but I wouldn't have a problem if they decided to bring her back. Kickass bisexual pirates? What's not to love?

I was quiet convinced that Morrigan would turn into a monster and start eating people during the SA trailer.

I was not disappointed.

It might not look like her but I'm damn certain if it is her she was reimaged to look more Rivian.

Plus: Imagine if it was Isabela and what they could do with the imported data. "One time in Denerim I had a threesome with the hero of Ferelden and her cute little red-haired bard friend."

hmmm, cgi-trailer plus grafical redesign, that can really make a difference.

Dammit Dave, that screen cap of Morrigan from the Sacred Ashes trailer gives me nightmares and you are posting it in at least two threads now. They made her ugly as hell in that cgi, her eyes look infected and swollen full of puss.

If it is her that's nice crossover of a really minor character who I thought was kind of cool (for more reasons than just the whole bisexual group sex pirate she is). If it's not her, no biggy, we just get to meet a nice fresh character.
