Thank you

Good question. I`ll be surprised if it is more than a few hours long. It`s supposed to be in three installments, anyway.

i read the first chapter wich is the only one released now is about 3 hours long. For all achievments you have to go through it at least 3 times.

Well, the first chapter took me a good 3 hours, but I had a lot of trouble with it, it's definitely possible to do in a much shorter span of time if you don't get defeated a bunch of times. The achievements and unlockables generally aren't too hard to get, but the completing the game three times obviously takes a bit of time.

If you thoroughly explore each area, fight all enemies, and find all items it is 4-5 hours. The achievements are fairly easy to obtain.

T__T My play time was 4 hours because I was a squishy rogue and died every three seconds. The archery is really underpowered. It went a lot faster when I started backstabbing enemies.

Took me about 4-5 hours because I cleared every map and made sure to kill every enemy..and I kept getting sidetracked by my wife *grin*

..and you SHOULD get all achievements in one go through EXCEPT the one achievement for playing through as each class (Which will require you to play 2 more times..but at least on those playthroughs you can just play, not worry about achievements :P)

Killing two enemies is easy when you get larger AoE spells... however... I still cant do the ogre at full health... can anyone help with that?

Wow I typed a whole long post and the website randomly logged me out..I hate that.  Have to retype.

Those two achievements are easy..for the Ogre, you just get him to down to a sliver of health, then use the spirit mage (NPC you get) to group heal, then kill the Ogre.  You don't have to win without getting hit..just have to have full life.

The other is not so hard as long as you put an AOE spell on the mage (I recommend doing this achievement on your mage playthrough, so you have two mages).   I only had one AOE spell and it was one that does straight line damage.  It took me 30 mins to get 2 monsters that I had low health to line up in a line where i could hit them..so make sure you focus on getting AOE for your mage.  Like Fireball woulda made it a lot easier.

I answered this above, all you have to do is heal before you kill it.  So get it low, use Group Heal to heal up the party.. then hit him.   I recommend this on MAGE playthrough because you have two healers to heal.   Otherwise use Group Heal from the NPC guy (forgot his name) and pots on your others to heal up before killing it off.

The best way to kill an ogre at full health is to go south just after you get Martine, drop the difficulty to easy, and fight the two ogres there, once the first is down, it's just a matter of keeping up the heals until he goes down.

For killing two enemies in one attack, pick up the cone AoE for the mage and while on the quest to get the hearts, find the four raptors in a row, this makes an ideal place to get this achievement because the raptors are weak, there are four of them so there is a large enough margin of error, and they'll all die in the same number of hits. Try to get your mage flanked by them and keep your other two party members away entertaining the other two raptors so they don't kill the ones you need with a counter attack.

I was playing on easy and I only got two of the achievements (Bard's Yarn and The Black Gate). Ogres kept getting me with their ranged attacks, and I never had the opportunity to kill two monsters in one attack.

I played on normal and got two of the three achievements, plus 3/5 requirements for the third (Helm of the Deep.) I killed those two Ogres in the South at level 3, and played only with Ardum and Martine, resulting in my wealth. It's easy, especially with the fast transit system.
I played a Mage (Primal Fire and Entropy), but he was black, so that's probably why I owned.

For me, it took about 3 hours, but I was doing other things (eating, joggin, watching television.)

Same way you get the lucky ring. Just sign in to your biowaresocial/EA account on the 360 DAO and there you go they will be there.

About the Ogre achievement, what if only 1 of your characters is left alive and he has full health, will that work?
I didnt realise i had been playing on medium difficulty, it's like impossible for my rogue/warden/healer team to destroy 2 genlock alphas and an ogre in one battle...I'll probably drop down to low and try:whistle:

About the two enemies at once, I found it easier to use a rogues attack that hits adjacent enemies, it does significantly more damage than the mage aoe's

Thanks for the tip. I did a Mage Playthrough already and figured It'd be difficult to get that achievement.

Oh Deathbreeze, that is the hardest fight in the game. Try to defeat one of the other ogre groups. I did it on medium but that one there was no way I was getting through with full health.
