The fine folks at our online store have come up with a new t-shirt based on everyone's favorite hanar Spectre, Blasto!

Take a look at this image: http://social.biowar...ms/618982/45076

First: Tell us what you think of this shirt. Would you buy it if we sold it on the store? Liek it? Not so much? What do you think?

Second: See the outlines of the 6 weapons around Blasto? Our friends at the online store are going to give a $24 credit, good for use on the store, to the first 10 people who correctly identify what these 6 weapons are.

So? Feedback please, and try to name the weapons. :)

i would say its a tight looking shirt but it dosent appeal to me. now if you did something with the illusive man i may bite

I don't know about the Suppressed M93R, from what I see it only has a little lever like think instead of a square.
The MP-412 Rex Doesn't have two triggers.
The MG36 Has more of a rounded drum where as its more of a...some shape...(I'm not good at geometry, someone will know what Im talking about)

How specific do the gun names have to be?

Maybe...

1-Han Solo's Pistol (Is this the same thing as a Red9?)

2-FN P90

3-Blade Runner HWS M2019 Blaster

4-M41-A

5-Bio-Force Gun

6-Gravity Gun

Once again, really cool shirt.

How will they tell us if we have gotten it right? will they send us an E-mail or something?

I really doubt they'll quibble over specific names.

Because I wasn't 100% sure, here's a rough silouette I made of the M2019 Blaster. It's not as harsh an angle as on the shirt so the back near where the hammer is supposed to be, the barrel and the finger grooves of the grip would be less pronounced if rotated to match the shirt's angle.

I realised I've got too much time on my hands :(

And I also realised I haven't commented on the shirt yet...

So, it's nice, and plentiful guns are awesome. It may have been better if they were ME guns. I'm sure these are all antiques in the 22nd century. Give the layout, I think a front on view of Blasto would match the postioning of the guns and maybe a subtle border around the text would make it stand out a little more.

The Red9 is a real pistol, which the DL-44 (Han Solo's) is based off of.

1-DL-44 (or the Red9, which the DL-44 is based on)
2-FN P90
3-Blade Runner HWS M2019 Blaster
4-M41-A Pulse Rifle
5-Bio-Force Gun
6-Zero-Point Energy Field Manipulator (aka Gravity Gun)

So we're certain? Definitive list:

One is the Red9 aka DL-44 aka Han Solo's blaster.

Two is the FN P90 aka the FN Herstal P90 Standard aka the guns Stargate likes.

Three is the HWS M2019 Blaster aka Blade Runner's Rick Deckard's handgun.

Four is the M41-A Pulse Rifle aka the Aliens assault rifle.

Five is the Bio-Force Gun aka BFG aka the Big Bleep-ing Gun.

Six is the Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator aka the gravity gun aka that physics gun Gordon Freeman likes so much.

If that don't cover it, nothing will. Surely we've got them all now with a good degree of certainty.

I love the concept and appreciate that Bioware would even go to the trouble of putting a tshirt out, but in it's current form, with or without weapons (whether they be pop culture or ME2 specific) I wouldn't buy it as it just looks like a picture of an everyday hanar with nothing particularly "Blasto" about it ie. gun in each tentacle, special armour/gear/leather jacket, holding down a merc, asari fauning over him, etc.

Good idea. I'm envisioning an ultra cheesy vintage movie poster not unlike Army Of Darkness with a chick by his feet with a hand gripping his inner tentacle.

http://uk.movieposte...in/65/MPW-32789

Like a grindhouse movie called Enkindle This, with the tiny fake credits at the bottom, and a little slogan such as "This one is sick of your waste excretions". That actually sounds much more inspired. I may have to crack open the Photoshop again and do this regardless given I've got nothing to do for a few days. :D

I don't know nearly enough weapons to fill them in, I just guessed the ones I knew that looked sort of like the silhouettes.

The MG36 one (4) also looks a little like an XM8 LMG...well, I don't know. It just looks like some sort of LMG.

Awesome!. Man, Blasto ought to be a squadmate in ME3 B). Casey Hudson did say they were going for a more lighthearted approach.

If you make the picture then I'm making it into a poster.

Edit: Don't forget to make all the skeletons geth.
