The numbers are likely done for the sake of referencing them for the competition easier. I doubt they'll be on the finished shirt. Not sure if the guns will remain blacked out or not though.

However, I do agree that he should be a more "hanar-ish" color. The purple isn't bad...it just isn't speaking hanar to me.  And maybe bold the font on the shirt.  It is a little hard to read.

I like the shirt, will probably buy it. Might be better if Blasto's name was on the shirt somewhere.  maybe small print on the back.  ie: Don't mess with blasto or something.

I think everyone has most of the gun's correct, but I don't think #3 is from blade runner. The bottom of the grip and the front of the pistol don't look quite the same to me. The silloutte has a more tapered grip.
