And with the Demonic power thing, like I suggested before if you look closely he puts his hands inside the portal so those demonic hands are his. You notice him doing the ripping motion and then his hands coming back from the portals.
Also the armor of the guys who's butts are being kicked by the Qunari look somewhat like the Warden's armor from the SA Trailer and other trailers, however, the templar helmet is slapped on aswell.

But they aren't exactly his hands, though. Both of them look like they have the gauntlet while Hawke only has one.

"I’m predicting that magic or whatever Hawke possesses will be worked into all three classes. " I'm not so sure. Bioware said they they are trying to separate the classes to make them feel distinct. Bleeding magic into all the classes would go against that.

I'd probably have to look at it again, it's very wierd. "Put my hands in these portals and NOW THEY BOTH HAVE GAUNTLETS AND THEY SUPER HUGE RAWR!"

What Wynne said comes to mind... "If one retains one's humanity, one is not an abomination."
*ponders*
Actually, I think that was a line the PC could say to Wynne.
To the OP: The "godbaby" only exists if a particular PC took the Dark Ritual option.

I noticed that, it seems he used some kind of blood magic to open the portal. He cut himself to get the blood necessary to cast the spell.

Edit: It's not necessarily his own hands, he just use the "portals" to control the hands.

Huh. So they are. Which means...what? That Flemeth is affiliated with this particular bunch of staff-wielders? They ARE facing off against templars, after all, so that's fairly reasonable. Though Flemeth has never before shown any desire to harm templars except when they come after her. Her attitude toward them struck me more as one of a cat toying with its food than real fear or hate.
It can't be coincidence that they're all Morriclones.
WHOA. I...think you guys are right. I find that to be somewhat creepy.

This could also explain why Bethany (and presumably Hawke too if a mage) are apostates, and why their family hasn't given them up to the Chantry. Their mother doesn't have to be a daughter of Flemeth herself; they could be a generation or two removed even, if Flemeth let some of her daughters go. I approve of this theory, though it does smack a little of "your bloodline is super special" to me.
That trope is cliched, but I don't mind it too much.

If it comes down to fight between mages or the templars I'm siding with the mages. I can't stand the Chantry and their rigid ways.rexil wrote...

Well, it's pretty much confirmed that, no matter what, the Chantry gets a little effed up by DA2's end.

Just throwing this out there, but maybe Flemeth is trying to lead some kind of Apostate/Chasind revolution agaianst the Chantry?
Flemeth: The stories of me raising an army weren't true.
Hawke: Really?
Flemeth: Yeah. Keyword: weren't.
That's awesome dialogue, I'm stealing it.

I think it will be pretty much like the Power of Blood abilities.

Well i remeber in the trailer, "Begin Your Rise to Power", maybe Flemeth use her army not just for her self, but for hawke to. Maybe they will be a choice to let her help you. But i think it will be catch

Also he had the glove armor only on one hand...and the big hands have it on both ends....probably just a small art detail that means nothing though.Trooper Guy1 wrote...

"perhaps Hawke’s destiny is one far greater than being simply the champion of Kirkwall."
My theory is that Hawke will become king and unite the lands of the Free Marches under his rule. Thats my theory anyway.
I think this thing goes way bigger than the Free Marches and Kirkwall, WAY BIGGER, Hawke is the SINGLE most important person in the Dragon Age, for defeating a country.....I think not.....The most important person in this world would have to do something that effects all of Thedas.
