went through fade to get litany that block blood magic;
kills badass demons in the realm where they so powerful;
warden enter fade, solo r@pe desire demon to rescue connor; hawke couldnt even resist blood magic properly;
warden do the impossible of rescuing everyone. Hawke is a noob that couldnt even save his mama.
Also; warden got blessing from andraste; warden kill dragon andraste, warden go deep roads and roll multiple darkspawns and broodmothers;
warden drank avernus potion that makes grey warden power even more badass;
warden and co wtfpwned archdemon and lived. Lmao even meredith cant fight archdemon and win yet...hawke and all his peeps had to team up just to take her down

Ultimately; hawke is a noob that cant protect sh i t. u can thank bioware and ea for that

I vote for Warden because he is more my own character and nobody is badder in Thedas than me.

Who is more badass? The Warden. Who is more of a classical protagonist? The Warden.

Who is the more likeable one? Hawke. Who has the more interesting, emotional storyline? Hawke.

In the end, of the two, who do I prefer? Hawke.

I also believe that DA2 was just building up the character, getting him ready for the big battles. Hawke had potential, but his was a story of build-up, that, up to now has not yet found its climax (though I hope to see it continue in DA3).

Hawke, even maxed out at 23 level, still needs fifteen hits to take out a Carta member. Warden at only level 15 was taking them out within three to four hits.

Based entirely on the cutscenes, Hawk. Mages look so much more powerful in CGI, which Hawk is while the Warden is just a warrior with tatts and blue glowing eyes.

Based on ingame though, my Warden is much more powerful.

Hawke everytime he went 1v1 with the Arishok and likely killed many other Qunari to get to him whereas Warden let his team mortally wound the dragon and knock it on its ass then he just walks up and stabs it in the face not very hard is it ?

The Warden gave the right comands to his team allowing them to slay the dragon, which represented the Origins combat pretty well.

whereas the real Airishock fight was just Hawke running in a figure 8 for ten minutes.
