Never warden beated a friken archdemon.. thats like 10 qunaries or more and he had trouble with one
That's a bit of an abstraction resulting from the gameplay mechanics though, don't you think? Just because he beat the archdemon doesn't mean he will also automatically defeat every skilled warrior he comes across thereafter because they're less powerful than the archdemon.

I made a thread last week to see if ppl thought Hawke could kick the Warden's ass, but after today's trailer I think it's obvious Hawke is waaaaay more powerful. That finishing move he did would probably 1 shot the Warden. Also he has glowing eyes and he's not even a warden! How did he get so powerful?
Anyone still think the Warden could take him?
VS
Depends what level they are at those points in their games.
I highly doubt a lvl 1 Hawke could beat a lvl 20 Warden solo and vice-versa for an example.

I bet Hawke will be a ten times better protagonist than the mute Gay Warden.

Yeah, Hawke looked like he was peeing in his cherios during part of that fight ... and we *all* know that fear is the mind killer.
But no one ever answered my question about Hawke and the Warden against Vader riding King Kong ... come on people - these are important questions here!

I don't know Vader is pretty awesome......it would depend if Vader could still use Force Powers in Thedas..........

Of course he could, he'd just have to pack his helmet full of lyrium.

About Warden vs Hawke, no idea. Teasers are Cutscene Power to the Max, so not valid. Remember how deadly Morrigan´s Shapeshifting was in the Urn of Sacred Ashes, Leliana´s chraged arrows and so on. I doubt he could take the Warden after Awakening though. Overpowered is quite an understatement.

And what the hell would Gorilla Grodd think of this mess, I mean, he’s a super intelligent ape, he’d have seen that this matchup was pointless and long since retreated to Borneo or something.
I think a lot of things.

Don't forget gameplay and story aren't really related. You can't really say Revan was stronger than Vader just because he/she had more powers due to gameplay. It's like saying ME1 Tali is stronger than ME2 Tali because ME1 Tali had more powersNerevar-as wrote...

He will probably seduce the harvester with his mighty Beard and avoid fighting entirely. This won't work with the warden though.Onyx Jaguar wrote...
If Hawke can best the Harvester then they have a shot
Unless Warden died in GoA when 100+ harvesters attacked her/him from behind and was made a harvester.

The Batman vs Cap. America from Avengers vs JLA would be great. Characters were written being both skilled and intelligent in about a page. Was a nice subversion of the Trope.

ME story-gameplay gap is big in both games. It´s clear Shepard is a lot stronger at the beginning of both games than you play. In fact, in ME2 Jacob says it directly.DarthCaine wrote...

There aren´t many places where Vader is actually shown as really powerful sadly. For a guy who is 80% power of the most powerful Sith ever, every other author has some pet character own him. So if you ask Kotor writers they might think Revan was.
