For USUALLY; you will pay to use it right away... look at fallout for instance... or Oblivion

I dont have a problem at all with them getting a full DLC released package a year after. I mean exactly, look at oblivion and FO. I got the deluxe edition of Oblivion w/DLCs for 9$. FO3 for 25$. Its because I waited a year. Thats the price you pay for buying it on release. So OP stop your bellyaching and seriously PS3 users, xbox users, PC gamers. It doesnt matter the console it matters the person, and right now you sound quite silly

I wasn't complaining about it... merely saying its the natural route such things take...

We got the GTA series on PC/Xbox and others too... I'm not mad at all, hell if ME2 sales keep going up it means more budget for ME3 and DLC. Stop being jealous... jealousy is such a blinding emotion.

Nono I wasnt talking about you, I was talking about the guy who created this thread. I agree PS3 players should have the opportunity to play this. And yup it always works like this and I think its good. Hell it got me oblivion for 9 dollars, man thats a huge game. Such Bethesda style too.

Don't care that PS3 are getting ME2, good to increase the audience, what is stupid is it's very unlikely they'll ever get ME1 ported to PS3, and they may get hours of "bonus content," which could be PS3 exclusive :\\

EA wouldnt do Ps3 exclusive, that wouldnt make them as much money as releasing it threefold (xbox, pc, Ps3). Exclusives are good for console companies, not producers. As for the bonus content Im sure its either a ME1 Lite to get the story in there or the DLC thats been released.

I'd buy it for the ps3 if they had ported the first game also. Unfortunately since they're not, Mass 3 is going to suffer significantly for it.

They could easily link a pure ME1 paragon or renegade path to the psych profile when you create a ME2 character. If they don't then ME1 choices will have to be diminished across all platforms in ME3 so PS3 players can enjoy the same game experience as everyone else.

Seriously, though, I don't get why the OP's making such a big stink over this. Why shouldn't we allow more people to enjoy the glory that is ME2? And besides, you can always comfort yourself with the fact that they're probably not doing the same thing for ME1.

I've found it's really only the xbox 360 owners kicking up most of the **** storm about this, because the PC users understand that if ME1 wasn't ported most of us would've never played it, and i'm happy for PS3 users to finally get to play it, doesn't effect me

It was poorly timed for me personally because I already own a PS3, but I bought an Xbox360 a few weeks ago (primarily) so I could play the Mass Effect games.

Damn it, Bioware! What did I just spend $300 for? The 360 has no exclusives, I might as well have just bought the world's most expensive paperweight!

As amusing as watching these should've been BJ's duke it out would be, can you imagine the whining that'd be going on after an actual physical confrontation? Ugh.

Getting them out of their chair might be hard enough. I know what we will do. We will throw a console of their choice in the middle of a ring. Then they will run towards it and whoever gains control of it says what can and cannot be released on it. Then we dick them over and say it was all for show:wizard:
