I just wanna know if anyone knows how to mod powers on the 360. like by using gibbed or somethin along those lines.

for example: what to do if i want a soldier to use throw....or an adept to use adreneline rush.

Can't be done - you can only add one extra bonus power slot.

Bozorgmehr has the right of it - what you've just described there can't be managed by Gibbed on any platform, not just 360.
