How does having Hawke voiced for both genders limit the amount of dialogue or other content that can be included in the game?

Elf and dwarf options to start with. They would mean 4 files more.

Maybe you didn't hear the part where you don't get to choose your race. :pinched:

Guess why. VO is the most likely reason I can think.

let's hope you get rid of all gifts as it is bad mechanic which only lowers impact of all those moral choices you are doing throughout the game.

They've done away with standard gifts that only raise approval, but the unique gifts that trigger conversations are still in, like the mirror for Morrigan and flower for Leliana.

Maybe, but it's more likely limited by the story, since he's from Lothering, which is a mainly human town.
