Yeah, I get this when Trying to log into the forums too. I AM using the right password. I get this when I try to log into the DA forums... =\\. I could log through DA just fine, but my savegames were gone...

If you check at the FAQ at the top of the page, it is that their point ecommerce system incorrectly views some email characters as invalid. In my case, I registered using username+bioware@gmail.com, and the +bioware portion apparently causes their ecommerce system to go into fits. So I can log into the forums and the game, but the points login just tells me that my password is invalid. It's not really the password, though, it's the email address that is causing the error.
Whoever wrote their points system should fix it, since + is a perfectly valid character (RFC 2822/3696/etc), and gmail encourages people to use it for tagging and such.

yes i had read there was a problem with the + character, but my email has no plus, it does have a period in the name though like ****.****@sky.com
Could that be it? some Bioware response would be good, unless they dont want the trade of course /shrug
