I was wondering if anyone ever actually used my content, and if it would be worth continuing to post / update again?

Or should I just clean my small Solid State Drive of this useless garbage that nobody uses?

My Current Work Available  (more comming)

To be honest, I think you'd get more appropriate response if you actually provided links to any of it rather than relying on others recalling the stuff you've released.

Be well. Game on.

Sounds like you're trying to answer your own question. But seriously, I doubt that's really the case. Post a link; you never know, those of us who haven't seen it (like me for instance) may be interested.

ICKY - you can't link to your vault page instead? that place you put your omnibus file is a garbage site - it is all ads and crud.

That's why you use pop-up blockers, firefox blocks them by default....

Furthermore, what website doesn't have ads?
Even the nwvault has popups & ads + crud, so your point is?

The vault lets you see how many have down loaded the content, as well as being the place most users go to get content in the first place. I for one do not dl any CC unless it is on the vault, as I know that it is checked for problems before it is released. To answer your question Genisys, NO I do not use your submisions, or mods. However it is entirely up to you whether to update or abandon the work you have done, as unless you desire to continue working on your past projects, no amount of community requests will can change that. I get the feeling from your post, that like many others you have become rather burnt out in NWN. It happens, I had to stop working on my current mod for the last month or so, as it was becomming more of a pain, than a joy to work on. Perhaps a vacation from NWN is what you need to recharge.

best of luck

If you're not posting on the vault I won't know your stuff. I only dl mods from the vault. It's not some kind of moral or ethical or security issue. The vault just makes it easy to browse mods, look at screenies, ratings, reviews, user comments. The page you're linking to really isn't terribly provocative. Perhaps you could set up a wordpress page with a little more information?

LOL @ Urk, like that's gonna happen...

Well Shova, to be honest, building will burn you out fast, so, what I do is take long vacations from NWN.

This is why many may not hear from me for long periods of time, also I run my own business now, so it takes a lot of my time up...

I do still like to build, but I've limited it to small projects at a time, and I'm simply not going to be making another huge module any time soon... way too much work there.. for one person that is...

I agree with others here. I have clicked on your links before to take a look at them. Found that they where on sites that I just will not use. It takes a long time for me to trust a site to download from. The site your content is on is just not one of them I trust.

You would get better results if you placed them on the vault. If you did not want to use the vault for some reason create a project here and upload them to that.

The projects here will also let you know how many times your files have been down loaded.

Oh and one note, you can disable comments at vault if you are not able to take comments of guys like me/The Krit and other annoying critics.

You know, I find that rather strange, I've visited sites like "Softpedia" and got slammed within seconds by malicious malware, I'm not saying Softpedia did it, but I think you guys may be on to something here...

Considering I was using Windows 7 & Full Security was on, I still dont' know how they walked in the front door and kicked my teeth in, and it was my brand new computer too, (first time connecting to the net), had to reload my OS too.

However, I've never had that problem on a few sites, like  www.download.com (cnet) & media fire..

Strange..

for what it's worth, i've always found a lot of valuable ideas in your content and compilations, even tho the implementation rarely suits me. the ideas are the important thing, imho, and in that sense it's a shame to lose anything, on a solid state drives or not.

i agree with the others, mediafire is awful.

Thanks Leo, I'll keep on trucking on then... I got some new systems comming out..

Ideas are great, as they always inspire us to achieve / create / sculpt... :D

Media fire blows then, I guess I'll see if the old nwvault will have me back or not then.. (doubtful here)

I actually have a lot of your stuff from before you went ballistic and pulled your gunk from the Vault.

Some of it I like and some of it I do not. Some I find to be way too powered up and some have some issues I do not have the time nor skill to fix.

I have gotten ideas from it and all in all, I have enjoyed it. Yet in the end I pulled almost all of it from anything I did. This is not meant to be disrespectful though you will probally take it that way but when you do something and put it out there then expect the critics will say something.

I have learned more from bad scripting by me than good scripting by Axe because of trial and error.

Yet when someone like Amethyst speaks I listen because even the Krit when he is speaking with his Big Voice still imparts some wisdom.

Owning up to ones own faults may not fix anything but yourself but in the end it is only our own faults that should concern us.

A computer professional that uses W7 and the W7 default firewall? *sigh* I smell DOOM.

Do you suppose you might get rid of the URL above to the offending site so others don't click it before reading the rest of the posts below? It would be really nice of you to protect the rest of us from your mistake.
