My characters on this site won't update, the site says its last update was yesterday, but the characters are still VERY old (my mage is level 15 on here, but i got to 21 and beat the arch demon a week and a half ago.)


So idk, im on XBL and such, but is there anything else?

I asked this very same question and no one responded. I read elsewhere that it is best to delete the characters off of your profile on this website in order for the site to actually update your character's appearance and whatnot.
If you give it lots of time, it will upload. I deleted my stuff 2 days ago and played for hours yesterday, yet the site has not yet successfully uploaded the photo and fully body screenshot of the character I was using. You must simply have patience, I suppose.

The upload thingy is ****, to tell you the truth.There are many factors in this whole process:



- Always be connected to xbox live.

- Make sure you have registered your dragon age games.

- If you have tried to upload before the patch 1.04, delete their profiles on this site and try again.

I can't figure out how to delete old character pics from the site. I don't even have those characters saved on the Xbox anymore....and none of my new characters, created a few days ago, are showing up.

Generaly takes between an hour to 2 or 3 weeks to update sometimes.

You can't just delete character pics from the website, as far as I know. I think you have to delete the whole character profile. Simply select My Games -> Dragon Age: Origins -> Manage characters.

yeah having the same trouble with updates, my profile photo disappeared yesterday after i completed golems dlc, and some random character that does not belong to me turned up in my character list,

xbox live is a mess anyway, i have 2 gamertag's, one with all my save games, and one with my card details, because the system couldn't handle a change of address for my first tag, kept telling me not allowed for card authorisation, i've been on the phone to support about it a dozen times and no-one has any clue how to fix it,

the whole thing is poorly managed, for example... the address page demands a postcode and won't let you proceed without one, but i live in a country that doesn't use postcodes, yet we have our own xbox live/microsoft head offices, so they're fully aware of the situation, it's been like this for years, and no attempts have been made to change it, if they can't be bothered to fix that, why would they bother trying to fix anything else?

they don't know and they don't care, it's all part of dealing with such a huge company

That's strange. I just went and deleted my character off of the website without any difficulties.

I just created an account and registered my game today... but I have 6 characters on here from the last 4 months. Any idea how long until they get uploaded? do I have to stop playing the game for a bit?

EDIT: Nevermind. I was having a serious issue with my main EA account. All better now! :-)

Ahh man this is still here? Has Bioware ever gave any updates about this?
