I've been attempting to purchase Bioware Points to pick up the ME2 DLC.  Sadly, every time I attempt to do such, I recieve this error message:

Internal Error: The Server encountered an error and could not complete your request.  If the problem persists, please please report this problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.  It seems to be a fix the site managers need to enact, as seen in these threads:

when attempting to buy points I get an error message saying that the debit card I'm using is not unique. What the hay. I've used the same card to purchase points on several other occasions. Whats up with this?

Can someone help me.  I can't get your bioware points store to let me use my debit card to purchase points.  It keeps giving me an error message saying that my bebit card is not unique to me.   I guess it had better be unique to me, as I'm the only person entitled to use it.  Please respond.

No idea, but if you haven't tried it yet you can also pay through Paypal or alternatively go look up Bioware Points in the EA store.

same problem for me, the link doesnt  work.

All of my forms of payment are being rejected: established card and paypal, and I can't add new cards either.
