I started this back on the old Bioware Forums, and it sort of died .... then the thread was locked. I'm not sure if there is a similar locking mechanism for old threads on these forums as well. But I'm going to do it anwyay.

Cool. Maybe you cold start a group for this and use its gallery or something (this site has a bunch of new features like this)?

Yep, you definitely should look into the group system. After all, just a big thread with all sorts of screenshots doesn't add much to discussion. On the other hand, creating a discussion about something specific that includes screenshots would work well, and then everyone would be able to chat about it.

Well, from what I've seen of this site, it's easier to add screenshots to a group than right into a forum, since I think you can only link to existing images in a forum (haven't done it yet myself) meaning you need to have uploaded them here or elsewhere anyway in the first place. I don't know if you can have sub-galleries or anything, though.

Right well I made a group, you can find it here:

It resizes the images though so they become barely readable, oh well.
It doesn't accept .bmp files either, so you have to save them as something else, like .jpg.
I use this program when doing batch conversations/resizes:
Irfanview
It's very useful.
