Here are the stats...
4 Heavy Warp
4 Field Throw
4 Wide Singularity
1 Pull
0 Shockwave
4 Nemesis
4 Heavy Warp Ammo
I skipped Shockwave for the 6 second cooldown time and it doesn't do much damage against armoured foes.
I also plan on using a shotgun for my bonus training ability.
What (non-dlc) armour should I use for my Nemesis?

I you play Insanity Shockwave is pretty useless. On Veteran and below its perhaps best power in ME2.
I recommend taking Heavy Singularity, I think its much better than Wide. I also would advice taking Heavy Barrier instead of Warp Ammo. If you get the SG (and you should - best and most fun weapon around) you'll want to get close to use it effectively (though the new Geth shotty works well up to medium range). Barrier helps a lot.
Don't bother about armor. It doesn't make a difference, just wear whatever you believe looks cool.

My Adept build (70 skill points used).

Wide Singularity
Heavy Pull
Heavy Shockwave
Nemesis
Heavy Warp Ammo

I would change that to heavy throw... for the fact that you can launch enemies far (sometimes off the map even if they aren't affected by pull or singularity).
Armor...... Shield Harness (5% shields), Amplifier Plates (5% power damage bonus), Heavy Damping Gauntlets (5% shields), Life Support Webbing (10% health), N7 Helmet (5% health).

I agree with above suggestions of heavy throw and heavy singularity.
Heavy barrier or warp ammo, well depends how you like to play. Try each and see which fits best.
