Since installing onto Windows Vista and 7 I have been having serious issues with the terrain tools;

• the BG is black
• the text look like they are all overlayed and unreadable
• all icons are missing
• the sliders are missing untill I mouse over them.

I have tried to update the graphics card drivers, the game updates, and DirectX 9.0c and non of that works.  If anyone knows how to fix it or has any solutions then PLEASE HELP!!!
Would post pictures IF I could work out how in this forum but can email them if it helps.
