Look at the screenshots of Hawke (the old, old gameinformer screenshots) with poor lighting shows Hawke with brown hair, it's possible they've changed it?

Gonna guess it's a very dark brown that looks blacker or browner in different lights? I dunno.

I'm suspecting it was changed due to how much Bethany's... chest changed since those screenshots.

Just looks like a lighting effect on the hair to me, however I may be going blind after squinting at low res PAX screenshots.

• Mother Hawke's maiden name is Amell, meaning the Human Mage is a relative to Hawke. I've started a human mage warden now due to wondering if it'll mention "Oh, did you hear about your nephew? He's saved Ferelden from the Blight! :D"
• Mage Hawke (and Bethany) were trained by their father, another apostate, in magic. This shoots down a lot of theorys but overall adds much to the overall idea of the mage. To add to this, Gaider also shot down the entire Flemeth's child theory.
• It's planned that Hawke doesn't have the Warden's murder knife.
