So do we still not have any gameplay videos of this game yet? Off screen or otherwise? I've been watching Guild Wars 2 videos all day.
No videos or new screenshots yet, although if you watched the footage from the start you could watch most of the demo albeit from quite far away.
There was an indication that the press were in the Bioware area taking pictures and recordings at one point though, so the rumour is that we'll be getting vids and screens sometimes soon.

I'm shocked no one has snuck a camera in.
To be fair there seem to be quite a few EA bounc- employees keeping an eye on things at all times. I doubt it would be easy for anyone to get footage unless they were authorised.

I must wonder why they're trying to keep everything so locked up tight. Afraid for the changes they've made to get out, I suspect.
Uhhhh...isn't the demo supposed to have a lot of spoilers in it? Certain people you're with dying and all that jazz? I would assume that's why it's locked up.

If they didn't want any of the changes getting out, they wouldn't be showing it at all. Just standard operating procedure for Bioware as far as I can tell.

In my experience Bioware have always been tight lipped with game details. The game hasn't been announced that long, I swear we all just expect more because the release date is so (surprisingly) close.

The selection screen you pointed out is the class & gender screen. 3 classes (as with DAO) and you can see Hawke (and Ms Hawke). For the demo, only Male Warrior is unlocked however.
I guessed it. Woot what do I get?
shhh! The women will complain!

Please please please please, post all your times in GMT. I don't know or care what "mountain time" or "EST" are, and need to look it up. I instantly know how much difference there is between my timezone and GMT, however.
Mountain time is Bioware's own time zone. Hence, it is the time zone they would naturally use. Why should they have to make a conversion? Personally, I know off the top of my head how to convert from mountain time far quicker than GMT.

Because GMT is the universal standard, and because that way everyone has to make 1 conversion instead of local people having to make 0 and everyone else 2. Plus, chances are most people know what their own timezone is compared to GMT, but almost noone knows every timezone out there.
