[Das Wolfen]

First mission, where the Hammerhead Hover Tank is recovered works just fine, no issues. However, after probing Karumto to find the beacon and then choosing to land on the surface, the game goes to the loading screen briefly before giving me the classic 'Disc is unreadable' message and going to my dashboard. Have swapped discs and redownloaded the DLC after uninstalling it and I always get the exact same result.

Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it? This is the only DLC that has given me this problem.
