Thanks, I got the confirmation email for the newsletter thanks to this.  Is bioware going to send us an email saying we've been entered or is that just an automatic thing?

Thanks as well, I do not use those sites (Facebook, Twitter, and anyothers). Just airing your life for the world to see, no thank you. But I did sign up for the newsletter. I don't know if this is the same news letter I signed up for way back when DAO was just getting ready for release. I always get their news letters. I think this is the same one, but signed up as suggested and it went through without a hitch!

Good question; I've received nothing Dragon Age related but plenty of EA sales announcements. I thought this was a newsletter, not an excuse for EA to spam me with multiple advertisements every week. Granted, I knew some advertising was inevitable, but some DA-related content would be appreciated, too.

This is what i wasn't  sure about. It would be good if we could get some sort of confirmation from Bioware about the situation. To be honest i think it's turned out a lot more complex than they had originaly planned.

Not sure, but I finally received the "Dragon Age 2 Cinematic Trailer Released!" email but I did try the above suggestion as well as the different browser idea (so I am no sure which one worked (or if BW finally got through the backlog of signups since day one of the register to DA2 newsletter ))

I tried to sign up for the newsletter about 3 times on the main Dragon Age page and never got any confirmation email. Finally tried Ultimono's method and got a confirmation email within seconds. I certainly hope I made the deadline considering I first tried to sign up the very day the trailer was released.

That finally seemed to work for me too, and likewise I hope I didn't miss any deadline either since I also jumped in when they first announced it.

Crap I haven't received an email about the trailer... no doubt I've already missed the deadline anyway.  I even swallowed my pride and dooped myself into signing up for facebook just to make sure.
