Witam

Niedawno kupiłem te słynne 2 pozycje jakimi są Mass Effect 2 i Dragon Age: Początek. Postanowiłem rozpocząć ucztę od ME2. Gra jest kapitalna, i gdyby nie te RoB'y (Raporty o Błędach) wyłanczające rozgrywke po góra 10 minutach to wszystko było by  pięknie i nadal bym sobie grał. Postanowiłem je ignorować: raz, drugi, trzeci, ale ile można? Postanowiłem zeskanować komputer mój ESET owszem znalazł dwa robaczki lecz zupełnie nie groźne, ale na wszelki wypadek usuną je. Ehh, ale i to nie pomogło . Więc postanowiłem grzebać w grze, pobrałem sobie najnowszego patcha i nic. Czy ktoś byłby wstanie mi pomóc ? Z góry dziękuję.

A jak inne gry się sprawują?

@Michalsky - tam jest intsrukcja jak wyłączyć raporty obłędach, które, jak sama nazwa wskazuje, wyskakują PO błędach.  Trzeba wię zająć się przyczyną. Zgodnie z tym filmikiem, gra dalej będzie się wykrzaczać, ale bez komunikatu. A to nie jest rozwiązanie.

To forum jest od rozmów. Kulturalnych. Zagaiłam z ciekawości. A ty z chamstwem wyjeżdżasz. Dziwne bo polegasz właśnie na uprzejmości graczy. Nam nikt nie płaci by ci doradzać. Jak jesteś aspołeczny to nie wchodź na forum i pomagaj sobie sam.

Niech ściągnie sobie najnowsze sterowniki do karty graficznej (nigdy to nie zaszkodzi). Jak i to nie zadziała wtedy trzeba będzie kombinować.
Poza tym nie ma za starego Direct'a? Wyszła już 10 chyba. Na jakim ME chodzi?
(Poza tym standardowo spytałabym czy chodzi ME1-starsza, podobna mechanika, też kłopotliwa na xp- też wymagała najnowszych-wtedy-sterowników jak ona działa 2 też powinna).

DirectX 10 i 11 to tylko pod Vistą i Sevenem są. Pisał, że ma XP, a tam 9.0c max (teoretycznie. Podobno da się 10 wykombinowac)

Raczej wina DirectX to to nie jest, choć nadal nie wiemy co w tym komunikacie o błędzie się znajduje. 
Jak nowsze stery nie pomogą to następne co bym zrobił to sprawidził procesy w menadżerze zadań czy któryś nie koliduje z grą.

Właśnie z DX to nigdy nic nie wiadomo. Warto sprawdzić, bo może się coś spieprzyć, a człowiek się nawet nie domyśli, że to jego sprawka

Więc postanowiłem grzebać w grze, pobrałem sobie najnowszego patcha i nic. Czy ktoś byłby wstanie mi pomóc ? Z góry dziękuję.

Co to znaczy "grzebać w grze? Patch to wystarczający rodzaj ingerencji, a grzebanie w configach należy poprzedzić dokładną lekturą dokumentów (fora, artykuły w necie), które opisują co w owych configach zmienić można.

Nie podałeś jaki komunikat Ci wyskakuje, więc możemy sobie tutaj wróżyć z fusów. Bardzo pomocny byłby też raport dxdiag (Win + R, wpisujesz dxdiag co uruchomi narzędzie diagnostyczne DirectX, chwilę czekasz, a następnie klikasz Zapisz wszystkie informacje. Zawartość tak utworzonego pliku tekstowego wklejasz do posta, albo załączasz do niego, jeśli forum pozwala na załączniki).

A już idealnym byłoby, gdybyś przeczytał tego posta i według jego opisu stworzył raport na temat swojego problemu. Wtedy może ktoś Ci tutaj pomoże bardziej niż tylko wróżeniem i błądzeniem po omacku.

ps. - Forumowicze nie są niestety od tego, żeby pomagać Ci na każde zawołanie. To społeczność, która gromadzi wokół pewnej wspólnej sprawy i stara się sobie sama pomóc w miarę wiedzy i możliwości jej członków. Czasem otrzymasz pomoc, czasem poradę, a czasem ktoś tylko zagada. Nigdy nie korzystałeś z forum, że wyjeżdżasz tutaj z prostackimi odzywkami? To pomoc techniczna jest od tego, żeby Ci pomóc, bo zapłaciłeś za nią kupując grę. Chcesz pomocy to zmień ton zwracając się ludzi, od których pomocy oczekujesz.

No taki to plik. Nie pokazałeś jeszcze jaki dokładnie komunikat błędu otrzymujesz (możesz zrobić PrintScreen i umieścić zrzut ekranu w serwisie Imageshack np. a tutaj dać link do niego; ewenualnie możesz też zwyczajnie napisać treść błędu).

Zacznij od upgrade'u sterowników graficznych. Te są najnowsze dla Twojej karty graficznej (odinstaluj stare, restart kompa, instalacja nowych). Twoje pochodzą z połowy 2008 roku. Dawno, biorąc pod uwagę, że gra wyszła na początku tego roku. Jednym grom to przeszkadza, innym niekoniecznie, ale to może być również źródłem problemu. Wersję DirectX masz odpowiednią.

Co to jest za karta dźwiękowa PnP audio? Zintegrowana? Jaki chip? Warto ściągnąć ze strony producenta chipu (lub płyty głównej) najnowsze sterowniki również do niej.

Skorzystaj też z programu CCleaner i wyczyść rejestr systemu.
