I personally think they should take more time.

I'm afraid the game won't be long enough

Is it just me or do "is it just me or" threads irritate anyone else?

Why? I would rather wait for a good game then play a game they rushed.

Oh it's this again. Why are we always having the same threads 200 times?

Why is it that whenever people say "Is it just me or..." they're saying something that's already been said hundreds of times?

Yeah. It's a way to be passive-aggressively douchey. Saying you don't like something as "it's just me" is a way to duck out if everyone doesn't agree with you, or be gloriously right if everyone does.

Don't take this the wrong way, OP, you're being pretty polite. I'm referring to the many other kinds of "Is It Just Me..." threads. ^_^

Fixed.Like I said I would rather wait for a good game then play a rushed game.If people complain about DA2 not being good as DA, I will laugh and point out the obvious truth.

Yea the game definitely seems to be rushed at this point in my opinion. Time will tell how quickly they can create the quests and stuff if it's the same engine they have used before it probably is much easier. Perhaps since they finished ME 2 they can have people from that project help finish DA 2.

Interwebs. Same reason I posted this rather, unnecessary, short and meaningless post.

On topic though, making this post less meaningless, it worries me a bit that the game is coming out so soon after the first one. However, I think that Bioware may have been working on this even while they were in development of the first game. I don't think they'll rush anything and ruin a great franchise.

Yep, be nowhere near as polished as a Blizzard game.

Also attempting to chop game up across platforms with mish-mesh mentality because people bought it on the console and ruined it as a series, thanks for that.

On every message board you always have to ignore 90% of the posts. How hard is it to discuss a question/argument rationally without calling someone a "hater" or a "fanboy"?

Is the game rushed? I don't think so. I expect the game to be shorter than Origins, but of equal quality. (whatever you think about the changes)

Of course, maybe you will get your wish and after TOR comes out we will not see DA3 or any other future IPs until the year 2020.

I found the same complaints on Valve boards over Left4Dead2. Some people considered it only an expansion pack, while others said it would be an unpolished peice of garbage. Some said it would basically be the same game, just with different textures, and a few more features.

Regardless of how much snark I could get for this response, I will say how I feel.

Left 4 Dead 2 was literally, figuratively, and creatively better than Left 4 Dead 1 in everyway.

The game is coming out in less than a year and a half after Origins. Of course they are rushing.

This. I'm sorry but no matter how "great" Blizzard is, what they did to fans of other series was pretty low when all they've focused on for the past few years has been World of Warcraft.

I don't make the game I just play the rules.
Time waits for no man.

Blizzard games tend to be pretty polished, yes. I'm not sure it's worth waiting another 9 years for though.

I don't care about the process as long as the end result is good. If they found a way to make more awesome games and make them faster, great, I'll have more to buy. If the games aren't good, then I'll simply stop playing.
