I purchased 400 BioWare points this morning using Pay Pal, the transaction went through and money has been removed from my account. However my BioWare points total is still only reading the 80 points I had previously. Would love some help, really want to play the new Dragon age DLC.
Purchased BioWare points, Yet did not recieve any.

This is a shot in the dark and is probably not the solution, but perhaps the Dragon Age Content Updater service has managed to stop working? It does that sometimes. It just made my DAO think I was now missing stuff I had already bought.
You can enable it manually in system administration -> services.
