I think it's Cailan I remember several people who played the Comic-con demo say that Hawke sounded like him and that was before they said Hawke's VA was in Origins.

Alright, it's not listed there, but it was such a tiny part, and it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere else.

That's Simon Chadwick, Nathaniel Howe's VA.  Though it doesn't sound like Nate, either.

Yep. That is definitely Mouse. I heard it the second he started talking.

Edit: Nevermind, I misread. IMDB just has Simon Chadwick listed as "additional voices" in DA:O.

Dominic Keating sounds identical, and is listed as the VA in the toolset. If I really wanted, I could go through every character and see if I can find Chadwick's other characters, but HA HA HA no.

I found him in Ostagar! Wow, his voice is really deep. I snatched it off of Fraps and am going look for his "Ostagar Soldier" now. Oh, the things I do for voice recognition.

He was much easier to find the second time. His voice for the Ash Warrior was really deep, but the accent was there.

Laim O'Brien would be a good choice because he can do a dark bad a** because he did the voice for War of the four horseman and rocked the role in a game called Darksiders, but I won't argue that the way he voiced Nial would be a bad fit for someone like Hawke. Simon Templman would work if Hawke was older and if he hadn't voiced Loghain, i say this of course since I loved Simon Templeman as the voice for Kain in the Legacy of Kain games. Tim Curry just wouldn't fit because his voice stands out so much and he's better at being the villian.
