Just heard about a trivial change in dragon age 2 compared to the first one..

One playble hero.. Ala FF style..

It is obvious what you have done Bioware, you have sold out all pc players in favor for console players.. For the sole reason that the winnings marginale is much higher for console games due to the outrages prices charged for them..

DA2 has none of that! I bet you won't even be able to customize your appearance or choose your class!

Get your info straight.



Hawke can be male or female and you choose between Warrior, Mage or Rogue. Also you can completely customize Hawke's face.



You can choose the first name, but the last name is set just like in DAO. The only thing different from DAO is no origins and no races and Hawke is voiced

You can indeed, customize your personality, your class, your gender.



In DA:O, you had to play a cousland (If you were a human noble).

Not to mention all customization is still there, the only thing they took away is race selection.

I was aperantly wrong and this was what I was told, and yes I didn't look it up myself due to the "fact" coming from a person who tends to not be wrong.



I am amazed at the amount of forum-trolls who amass as the chance of a feeding. Please copy paste each others coments some more so everyone can read the same statement over and over again.

How did you really expect people to react when you're making assumptions on something that isn't true.  This is why it's best to not take someones word as "fact" and just do some research otherwise this will happen.

You have to understand, my dear fellow, that we forumites have become quite nervous recently because of the unfathomable amount (seriously, you have no idea how many) of doomsayer/troll/ignorant posts and threads that have popped up since DA2 was announced. Thus, when someone FAILS TO GET THEIR GODDAMNED FACTS STRAIGHT (see, even a collected person like me is hard-pressed to keep his cool), we just sort of jump at their throat. We are not trolls, but weeks of dealing with them have made us, for an outsider, exteriorly similar to them.
