This may be a problem with my X-Box 360 and i've tried contacting X-Box Support, but I havent gotten an email from them. Anyway, this is a really strange issue. During gameplay, the screen will switch the the Video 3 Screen (you know, when you have multiple things hooked up to you TV and you have to change the channel on the TV to the Video where you can view the game and it'll say Video 3 in the top corner). Well, this dosent happen randomly at all. It only and always happens at certain points in the game. For example: It would always happen during a cutscene in Legion's loyalty mission. It always happens at that point. Now the screen would go back to showing the video game once I pres the home button on the controller. But it gets really annoying when this is constantly happens. This problem happens with every video game I have for the X-Box, but I can't seem to find any other help at all. This problem is very difficult to describe, but I tried my best. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Please help!

HI there!
This sounds like a technical issue not entirely related to your Xbox but rather a combination of things, such as your TV, your Xbox video settings and the game you're playing (50hz/60Hz/PAL/NTSC J U/C).
How is your Xbox connected to your TV? Is your TV signal NTSC or PAL, or does it handle both? If you don't know the signal, then what country do you live in? And what model is your TV set?
This usually happens when a signal switches between a 50hz and 60hz signal on the fly, so the screen has to refresh and thus blacks out for a brief few seconds. Some older model TVs have a latency issue but generally if they can handle the signals the visuals will come back up.

If I understood that right his screen doesn't simply black out; rather the TV switches to another input channel.
That strikes me as odd. Why should a TV set switch from one input channel to another, just because the input on one of the two channels changes... Nah, I'm afraid I'm not helping, but I'm curious about it.
