Maybe you are against playing a female Hawke, or against revealing the female Hawke for promotional purposes? But what your statement implies seems a bit ridiculous to me.. 

Anyway, I'm all for the community being shown the default female Hawke. I would guess that it can give some hope for those girl gamers that may feel like they aren't being paid much attention. Personally I'm curious what she looks like since her male counterpart was revealed. Looking forward to the release.

So it seems that this Etain from the movie "Centurion" has become the unofficial Lady Hawke...

I approve, but I was just wondering if "Centurion" is a movie worth watching...

Has anyone seen it and would you recommend it??

I saw it just after it came out on DVD, and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. I'd definitely recommend it.

I looked up the movie on IMDB and saw that Olga Kurylenko plays Etain, and I really liked her in Quantum of Solace... 
Now I'll definitely watch it!

Hopefully by that point, Bioware will show us Lady Hawke in all her glory so we won't have to project her awesome essence onto Etain...!

Not really...at least for me. I doubt "long, wild curly hair" or "blue facepaint" or "messy charcoal eyeliner" is really gonna be an option without mods...still, I like her attitude, I like her look, and I'm so naming my first Hawke Etain.

Thank Varric for being able to create our own version eventually should the worst happen! I am making Lady Etain Hawke a reality one way or another.

Although Saibh makes a good point, most likely I'll only be able to make her partly resemble the Etain you can see in the pics.

For my part, I like how these "Lady Hawkes" look roughly how I intended my character to look in the first place. Dark hair, dark eyes, a force to be reckoned with.*

*Yes, that really narrows it down, I know.
