Oh man, I was going to make a mage LadyHawke for my first playthrough but some of this fanart has me falling in love with LadyHawke as a tough warrior woman. This requires serious thought. *furrows brow*

Dual-wielding With some archery skillz on the side...

Hawke would be my first serious Human playthrough. The only time I played a Human character was a Fem!Noble who was 100% evuhls, there for the ebil achievements... But I never completed that freakin' playthrough... Once I get my hand on a DAO/ME/ME2/DA2 compatible PC... Muahahahahahahaha!!!! Ahem, focus.

It's already been stated that there aren't any chainmail bikinis or the like in the game. For what it's worth, I actually like the fact that she'll be hawt, and see no reason why that should be seen as hyper-sexualisation or objectification. After all, a lot of people find Garrett Hawke hawt, too. I would certainly object if she was shown in skimpy clothing while fighting enemies, but I'm pretty sure that won't be the case. Since we have full facial customisation in the game itself, if anyone wants, they can make themselves a plain LadyHawke, but I for one want the default one to be beautiful. Pretty women kick ass too

It's just a phrase we use to talk about guys who play girl characters because they went, "Well, if I'm going to play this character for this long and for this many levels and watch them from behind, then it might as well be a chick!"

I don't know if girls playing guys have a special name for them (most girls I know, including myself, play girl characters if given the choice), so I just call them a "wonis" if it makes you feel better.

Yeah, because only men want their protagonists to not be homely. Women don't care about looks at all!

Yeah, because only men want their protagonists to not be homely. Women don't care about looks at all!

I would seriously want my girl to be good looking. When a enemy sees her i want him to think "Hm, what can a pretty head like you do?" *chop chop enemy falls* Wiiiiin!
