Since this thread worries me slightly: I think the developers need to give us a great deal of customization freedom here. Think not only of what is considered "hot", but also of those who just want to play the usual harsh, embittered ****. I'm no fan of walkway anorexia, silicon lips and silicon breasts.

Who consideres walkway anorexia, silicon lips and breasts hot? They have a problem When i say hot i think at someone who has a natural beauty, someone who walks in and you noticed her imediately, someone you look at and don't forget the face 2 minutes later.

werd.  Nobody wants Heidi Montag Hawke.  Also, an anorexic hero is pretty inane; they should be fit and athletic, for obvious reasons.

Look there will never be a figure to suit everyone's idea of beauty unless they can make it truly customizable. I can't say I'm worried as I appreciate all styles of figures and yet to see something truly horrid. There was a discussion on why they can't add a heap of morphs to the body's due to the armor fitting issue which I am still unclear exactly WHY it's so much trouble but I also don't know their methods for rigging things like their clothes in the game for the different figures. But then again in NWN2 you could widen/slender taller/shorter your character and that did not seem a big issue for the dev's of that game (but I also wouldn't class that as a great customization as it's not figure changing truly). I think the best we can hope for is if they update the tool set then we will see some mods for it.

Thought I'd pop in and share this little bit of art I said I was going to be doing! I ended up finishing it before I got too tired.  Though there's a good chance I may go back and clean up the lines/do it in color some other time.

i like her general look just like you said especially her face,
however her height and that tiny arms  are not to my taste at all:mellow:

Completely agree on all counts.  Hawke should at least look strong enough to be a melee hero.

So much incredible Lady Hawke art... Love it.

On the topic of Lady Hawke's physique:

I agree with those of you saying she should look strong enough to be the warrior she is... Until you consider the fact that she is also a mage. Now even then I would probably go with wanting a physically fit Lady Hawke over a more tradtional Mage look due to it being 2 classes to 1, however judging by Mike Laidlaw's posts in the customize our bodies thread I think we will be seeing one body type for all the women and men in game again. As such I can see Bioware not going overboard on Lady Hawke's muscles and what not purely because other women in the game wouldn't look right with them.

I really hope I'm wrong though, I'm one of those that thought Russel Crowe was great casting as Robin Hood because a bowman of his renown would have to have some serious strength. As such that image of Olga + tougher physique = to me, but I doubt it will happen to the extent we want.

Except me no likey the one with her protecting Varric. I'm waiting to see who else is out there for Lady Hawke besides Varric (if Varric is even a possibility), because I have a height thing. I have to be the shorter one in the relationship, always. Even if it's by less then a milimeter. Then I can tell my taller half to get everything down because they're the taller one. And being a human... well, there's no way the dwarf will outsize me.

i'm taller then average man (182 cm)
and ..*eye twitching* ..just can't be with a man who's shorter ten me...
*sigh*

But yeah, in RL, I cannot imagine myself with a shorter man.... Girls are fine though... I am 5 ft tall after all... So if a guy is shorter than me, he must be pretty darn short!

However, in-game wise... I'll make an exception for Varric/Hawke...
