There's another thread along the exact same lines called 'Dear Bioware'

... Is there a mod who can merge the two? People are basically having the same disussion in two different place!

The other thread degraded into a "guy gamers are more important than female gamers" thing, so I created this thread. I'd rather not have them merged, as this thread is going quite well.

I've never seen the movie, only seen her plugged here, but I loved that look from the girl in Centurion.

Okay, who is this? I think I may have suddenly developed a rather serious celebrity crush. Posted Image

Olga Kurylenko.  Should have had a crush on her already after that James Bond movie :)

Oooh, lovin' all the pics of women in real armor. :)

I hope that mage robes get a proper treatment too, since I'll probably be playing as a mage. I couldn't get myself to equip any of those robes that let my poor mage's breasts hang out.

IMBD is calling her Axelle Carolyn...

EDIT: Ignore that. She's indeed Olga Kurylenko.

The Circle mages' robes weren't that bad, although they were pretty dull in comparison to the witch robes and Morrigan's robes.

lol those robes were bad.  Thigh highs, low cut, and furry shoulderpads.  Add one of those horrible mage hats to complete the look and you're good to go.

We will show her eventually. I don't have a firm timeline, but we well.
And she is -hot-.

Depends largely on your definition of "hot"...
Still, I don't want to see her "hotness" I want to see her and that's IT. Aren't you one of the bosses? C'moon, a cookie for you if you post a pic. We won't tell anyone ... err, I meant ^_^

If Mike posts a screenshot outside of the proper channels, the cortex bomb goes off.

Since you guys are already showing her at gamescon on the character selection screen as per dev post here: http://social.biowar...99726/3#4501137 ... what about posting a screenshot from there taken at the right time Posted Image

Indeed. Hotness does, in fact, depend on your definition of hot. And by -my- definition of hot, FemHawke is capable of melting butter from across the room.

Damn bro, woman got it goin' on!

After seeing the cinematic trailer, where Man Hawke apparently has boat anchors for balls, just brimming with machismo, I'll definitely be playing Femhawke.

Were you the one who was originally advocating her? Because I commend you sir--I like how she looks--tough, but still pretty. Wild, but still feminine. Morrigan really never looked "wild" to me--I loved her look, and thought it fit her well, but she always had a refined elegance to her, rather than a wild one.

Looks like a leader and a warrior and a woman. I know we're not going to see her in there, but her general look, the attitude I see with it, is what I'd like to see in Marian.

(And, so I don't image spam, more are in the hyperlinks.)

Hells, I love myself some women in armour. Tasty tasty.

Can't wait to see Marian Hawke, Bioware. Perhaps I shall like the default female preset for once. XD

No more scantily clad than the armors in origins. We don't reall go in for the chainmail bikini 'round here.

why not

for starters, how does a bikini, even one made of chainmail protect anything?

Do you not know the inverse fantasy law:  less clothing = more protection?

This isn't limited to females either, Conan and Tarzan wear nothing but loincloths, for example.

Oh god the mage hats. I just stopped putting headwear on my Warden, period, because the game would occasionally glitch and show it during cutscenes too. Was very hilarious when my male warden was having his love scene with Morrigan in the ridiculous qunari cap.

*waits patiently for pics of fem!Hawke*
