Some concept art would be cool, they managed to finally have their default male lead actually look attractive, be intresting to see if they put as much effort into Lady Hawke.

I found FemShep and shepard defaults equally unattractive in ME.

Oh i sooo agree! The defaults were really bad in ME. And FemShep had that plastic hair, looked like from one of those dress up Barbie games :pinched:

But in DA the premades were really good. =] I don't agree with their bodies tho. And i think they are even worse now.How can a rogue run with those...those...

Back on topic, my desire to see Lady Hawke
isn't because I don't trust Bioware, I know she exists, I just really,
really want to see how they envision her. Besides that, I very much want
to see her hair and her armour. Especially her armour.

Exactly!

This is kinda off topic, do you guys use the Wacom tablet? I'd like to buy one, but a little budget conscious about buying the Intuos Large version (13"x8"), or just get Bamboo series, which is already 1024 pressure sensitivity.

Mike Laidlaw said Lady Hawke's so hot she's capable of melting butter from across the room. I imagine Marian will be a bit more wild and not as feminine as Bethany is, but still very beautiful. Plus, we can make her look however we like.

I...um, maybe that's just her? Because...from experience, her back would hurt like nuts after a fight in anything heavey. Heck, it probably hurts anyway. On a slightly less befuddled and horrified note, at least the new non-commisioned mages robes aren't quite as s***y anymore. And they come with chainmail.

I have a Wacom, bamboo. It's pretty basic but it's really good. It kind of depends on what your gonna use it for.

Where did you find this picture? It's the first time I've seen it and now I'm wondering what other screenshots I've missed.

… I don’t know, but is it just me or does her body look really terribly proportioned?
I mean, her neck and shoulder parts look…, I don’t know, just wrong…
like one light breeze and *snap* broken neck…

Hopefully that’s just because of her mage robe thingy and not the case with all female clothing/armour.

Beth probably cast perma levitation on them so they don't pull her down.

Don't know much about medieval armor but, shouldn't the chainmail be protecting the -erm- chest? as well as the rest of the torso?

Wacoms are overpriced anyways, but Wacom's almost got a monopoly on that hardware. But if you get an Intuos, don't bother with an Intuos 4. Shoot for a used Intuos 3, you save and you get something reasonably reliable. I use a 9x12" and I say it's good, although if they made an 8x10", that would be the perfect size.

Why? Wacom's have always been made of weak materials, but the 4's really have some terrible design and construction. Since the 4's now use a detachable USB cable, there have been reports of the USB ports being ripped out of their sockets on the tablet. Plus the drawing surface on the 4's is also very rough and it will eat away at pen nibs very quickly.

She has a giraffe neck.

Also, her boobs are too big (she has 15 children or what?) and there's something about shoulders... Maybe just low-polygon model, but looks weird. Face seems to get most attention.

Something tells me I'm not going to like the female model in DA2. The proportions look really off. I hope it's just from the angle of the screenshot.

Oh, and her breasts  are too large. Yes, I understand it's a "male demographic" and whatnot (it's been like that since video games began, I could care less), but that cup size has left Territory Sexy and entered Extreme Back Pain.

Well, I didn't say good chainmail...

^ and yes, honestly yes ^ I don't think guys would find that so attractive if she just stood around complaining about her back pain. But I could very well be wrong, as I am not of the male persuasion.

The core audience Bioware are attempting to appeal to are 14-16 year old Xbox players who played abit of Mass Effect and actively play Gears Of War. The only woman that will be shown in promotion are mystical hookers with big baby feeders.
