I rushed a bit through the Demo so i didnt look particullary close at the Models. The Mage Hawks wore the same blue Mage Robe as Bethany did. (the one that is known from several Screenshots) Female Hawk herself had a Ponytail with some Strands of Hair down the Sides of her Head. Haircolor itself was too ravenblack. Facial Structure... think of Bethany but not as "round" still very female and goodlooking but with prominent Cheeks etc. But as i said: They were possibly early- or Placeholdermodels. Looked kinda hawt though.
Thought it weird that noone mentioned that before.
Also some random Info i picked up: U have actually a little Brother with you fleeing the Darkspawn whom is younger. So there are 3 Hawke Siblings. U are from a... lets say "wealthier" family. U got Family estates in Kirkwall, thats why u try to reach it. (Well and Flemeth gives u stuff to deliver there too i heared. Didnt get to that point cus i figured that would be known anyways really soon and tried to look at different stuff.)
The Chantry needs the Help/Support of Hawk desperatly. Cassandra mentions this to Varrik. No, actually its the other way round: Varrik said it kinda like this: "So here u are desperate to get the help of Hawke while ur Chantry crumbels to Dust. But before u go and talk to Hawk, u need to know the whole Story." Tis the moment after u played Bethany and Hawk (who was in his Destenytrailer armor with the sword and some advanced talents etc) and just slaughterd Darkspawn like crazy (it was obviously some exegerated stuff made up by Varrik.) Cassandra freaks out like: BULL****! dont give me that crap! Varrik reconsiders, gives the Statement i just wrote down above and the "real" Story starts.
Well some other stuff: The Male Hawk Warrior is the exact same Model as in the Destiny Trailer. So i assume that the "Big Hands of Improved Fiery Doom" (BHIFD fo short) are some kind of Power Hawke gets regardless of his class, or are Worked into his Talenttrees. Think of the Powers from Wardens Keep or the Bhaalthingy in BaldursGate 2.
So being Special, haveing this Abilitys (Subclass?) is kind of a big Storyline thingy. (Embracing Destiny and whatnot... ^^) I think tis cool, i like being special and a bit different from some other Warrior/mage/rogue in my party.
Uhm, ye.... what else? Gameplay was superfast, u could not die in the Demo (Health just dropped to a certain point and stayed there) what made the whole Gamplay pretty actionheavy. Especially since Warriors have an "DistanceCloser". Its kind of a Charge, think of it like the ME 2 Vanguard Ability or the Charge from the Warrior class from World of Warcraft. U could still pause the game, though due to being invulnerable it wasnt really required to use this. (+ u had like 4 Abilitys with fairly long Cooldowns 6 to 12 Seconds on Warr. JK the Fights were not Rocketscience. Its the Prolog of the Game.) I am pretty sure u wont be in "godmode" in the released game, so stop QQing.
Ye dunno, lots of other minor stuff. I looked at the Talenttrees, they are ~ about 8 Tiers deep (not to sure here, i just guess, didnt count em ^^). Warrior had 3 differnt Trees, 2 Hand two 1 Hand and 1 Hand Shield. Some Abilitys require others to be unlocked/used. Didnt read to much into it. some kind of Tier 4 or 5 Talent in two handed weapons was a "roundabout" hit, so expect some cool stuff father down cus tis ability was quite cool already. The Charge was in the first or second Tier.... gna. Typing like crazy here. If u want to know stuff u can always ask me ^^ But keep in mind i can be wrong, the talents and stuff could be VERY far from its final Form, so take it with a grain of salt. I am just trying to tell u some stuff u maybe didnt know. :S
