I'm at the puzzle with the pool and the altar. Now I have read a lot about this but nothing is helping.

Supposedly you're supposed to:

• Take the jug
• Fill it with water
• Place it on the altar
• Pray
• Take a sip
• Take the jug
• Poor the remaining water back into the pool

But all the water evaporates for me when I pray.

I also read that you needed to pick up a tablet earlier, which I can't remember if I did or not. But I went back through the ruins and couldn't find anything, so I assume I got it.

I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I had almost the same prob for me yest but after readin the forum here I realized I needed that codex tablet which I got n the quest worked. Look in your journal n u should see the quest for the ceremony. If you don't see it then you didn't get the tablet, n you'll need to go bk n find it.

I've got two quests for the area:

The Mage's Treasure - you have 3/4 of the pieces, 1 remains.

and

Nature of the Beast - the passage is blocked, find another way.



Neither are very helpful.
