I'm on the second playthrough as a Soldier (Insanity), I picked the Widow first playthrough. Just wondering if I could somehow unlock the M-76. Thanks.
Is the M-76 assault rifle unlockable in the 2nd playthrough?

Unfortunately no, once you pick up any weapon training on the Collector Ship, you will not be given a second chance to pick another (or even change your current setup) once you get to CS second time around. You must mod the game if you want both.
