I finished Warden's Keep yesterday.  I left, and came to activate the Dryden brothers shops, but if I purchase combination of armor from Mikhael Dryden I do not get any set bonuses on any character. 

For instance, I purchased heavy chainmail, heavy chainmail boots, heavy chainmail gloves (all of the same type), and put them on Sten and I didnt get a bonus.  I then purchased studded hat, studded gloves, studded boots, studded armor (all drakeskin) and I placed them on my character and Leliana and neither got a set bonus.  I then purchased all the studded stuff again (this time inscribed), and tried again to no avail.

I also tried to leave camp with the armor and put it back on and that didnt work either.

is this a bug or ?

I tried to come back, later in the game after a few quests had passed, and this is still a problem - I cant buy anything from that guy because I get no set bonuses...
