Hair! I definitely want the dryad's?(she hang's out with Whitefang) hair for my character. I thoroughly enjoyed Glee's conversion of Oblivion models in NWN2 especially the body. ( I can get permission to bring the Fantasy Figures body over if someone has the time and talent). Actual lingerie or a nude mod. I like to texture and re-texture so I am curious about how the textures are. Are they separate for each part like in Sims2? I definitely plan to make some new make up options, probably a tat I have in mind as well. I still have the psd files for my face retextures I did for nwn2 and I'd like to try and see if I can create proper smokey eye make up like I did for human and elf females.

Oblivion had a pathetic arena and I am a huge in-game arenas/tournaments fan. If dragon age doesn't have some arena that is million times better then the one in oblivion I definately want a mod for that....
To be honest I don't know if many people would love my idea... Its probably something that for some reason only I find interesting... Oh well here it goes:
Ok what I understand by tournament --- when something like 32 fighters apply for a fight and then its series of 1 on 1 fights.
32 become 16, which becomes 8, 4, 2 and a champion. Each fighter should have different skills (and hopefully in dragon age - different personality). There should be some interaction between fighters outside of tournament..... Cos its rly fun to brag!
As for arena... It is mostly where you get to surprise the crowd.... By defeating many enemies or fighting against impossible odds... Not boring 1 on 1 fights.
Tournament is sport
Arena is entertainment.
So if there is a way to make some sort of colleseum somewhere it would be cool...

That might be a bit problematic, considering the way hair is implemented. In her case, the hair below the neck is actually a part of the body model, not the head model. Now, this is possible because there is only one hair color and one body model for her, but that is not the case for player models.
Actual lingerie or a nude mod.
I am pretty sure someone will implement that as soon as we have the model export/import tools, but right now it is not possible.

I have no idea what Sims2 textures are like, but here is how it is in DA:O. The model can be in multiple parts (like head, body, hands/gauntlets, feet/boots) each part is a pair of MMH and MSH files, which may contain multiple mesh "chunks" - with each chunk using one DDS texture file.
It is pretty similar to NWN2 in that respect.

camera lock that runs with your character so I don't have to keep changing the angles

my dreams are simple -
clothing for my mages. for my male mage something that don't look like a dress. I know they are robes but as long as i'm wishing, I'd rather have a plain set of pants, shirt and jacket or something that looks like the leather armor but made for a mage, or an open robe that shows he has some kind of pants on, and
Hair. Even the long braid for the guys altered for the women would be nice.

I'd like a mod that auto-pauses combat at the beginning of each round. I'd also like to get the camera to go straight overhead so I can see everything during combat. Barring that, a mod that causes walls and objects to fade when characters are standing behind them would be nice.

Oh crap I forgot about one important mod I'd like to see.
-Ability to further zoom out while in Isometric view, I find it sad that the "tactical" camera view lacks enough of a view of the battle to make it useful, forcing me to go over-shoulder cam most times.

So far all I'm really hankering for is a complete texture pack to clean up some of those low-res textures. Something that will do for Dragon Age what Qarl did for Oblivion.

More than anything else, I really want a mod that'll allow you to play any class w/ any origin. I love mages, and don't care for fighters or rogues, so it really sucks I only have the one origin to mess with.
Even a simple console cheat to go into the character creator would work.

I love quest mods... looking forward to some well written quests from the community, and writing some of my own. I think skipping the voiced dialogue for written conversations can lead to more detailed and enriched stories in some ways.

A less final icon for the portraits to represent when a character goes down in a fight. A red skull seems a bit much considering any character who does drop during a fight gets right back up after the fight is over.

The only mod I really want at the current time is something that makes the females actually look... feminine. I hate that all the women look like neanderthals with broad shoulders and tiny waists. I dont care if they are all flat-chested really, but come on... if the male characters have to take a hit to their ridiculously broad shoulders too, thats fine with me.
And since this isnt an mmo, no one should be whining and saying they dont want it.

New mini-adventures/stories for sure
an adjustable isometric view
I have no idea how the game ends, but am a big fan of continued playing after main quests conclude
a mod with more party members vs bigger battles (maybe a turn-based conversion)
more character customizing options

The first mod should clearly be all about visual fixes. Textures, messed up frame-buffer effects..stuff like that.

I think my first mod would be something along the lines of "Make the persistent blood toggle affect the cutscenes too". The environment and combat don't bug me at all, but the cutscenes seem to be a whole different world...only like 10 hours in though, so who knows.
Then transparent helms.
