Two mods I plan to make.
*Fort defense – a mod where you take command of a fort and train its men to defend against invasion. Complete with research options, resource gathering, smiting and building, defending against regular waves of enemies.
*Survival stand alone story mod – Trapped in the deep roads alone as a child you grow up learning to live in the tormented place. As you come of age the blight begins and the tunnels fill with more forces then is normal. The story would be about your final escape from your long prison or your eventual death. It would be fairly free from requiring you to gather supplies to live day to day as you venture deeper into the roads seeking an exit.

Better female bodies and armor models.
(for what I've been reading, I think that one of the first mods is gonna be a female body mesh, this game needs it bad) xD

Jedi w/ lightsaber. I kid, I kid...
I'm going to be working modeling some different armor/clothing and additional hairstyles (including some longer hairstyles for females). I need to be able to build it to the proper skeleton though and unfortunately there is currently no way to export assets or import custom assets until those tools become available. So right now it's all a waiting game.
But I'd love to see a complete remake of Baldur's Gate I and II in the dragon age engine. Completely different ruleset.. I know.. but one can dream. Perhaps a Neverwinter Nights remake except with 3 allies instead of just one.

Lilarcor the talking sword of BG 2! (a nice mod was done in Morrowind back in the day).
That is still bar none my favorite game mod ever. The guy did such a fantastic job with the voice, very professional.

along with a extra quickbar I would like to be able to set traps while stealthed well you can set them but it takes you out of stealth when its placed which is silly just let me stay stealthed so i can get out then lure them
those shouldn't be too hard to make. Harder ones would be new armors that have more looks to them than the ones now or just re-texture some of them well i might try that since I've done textures before but the game mods I leave up to the modders

I'd settle for a simple one (for now): a NWN-like journal where you could write your own entries.

1. Numeric values on all spell/skill/ability descriptions, even if it's just current numbers for damage, range, area, duration. Please...
2. Ability to actually see buffs/debuffs on enemies. How the hell I'm supposed to know when my curse is running out, if even its description says absolutely nothing about the duration?!
3. Mage "hats" are horrible. Horrible. Worse than pigeons! Need better ones, or ability to hide these monstrosities.

1 - Better female body and armor meshes. I suspect this one won't be too long in coming, but the female meshes in this game look awful.
2 - Decent looking meshes for mage armor. Why does EVERY game put mages in full body robes and funky papal hats?
3 - A way to skip the dungeon where you have to get the 4 forms and then kill all the various demons (I think it was in the tower or something?). I did it once, and I don't EVER want to have to do it again. Long, tedious and not very enjoyable. I'm going to want to playthrough more (in fact already have a mage to go with my warrior), but that section of the game was just torture. It would be cool if somehow such a mod could check if you've already done it once (on any character), and just skip it for you.
4 - A way to respec the NPCs once you get them (or you get them with no skills/points assigned). I found in my first playthrough that Morrigan comes with skills I don't ever use, and I gave her skills I wish I hadn't (cause I got Wynne later, though I went to the tower late, not knowing she's a great healer, and I made Morrigan and hybrid healer/damage mage, which relegates her to unused status now). That is in my Warrior playthrough. And Leliana comes with way too many bow skills that I don't find I use (because getting/keeping arrows is a pain).
That's all I can think of at the moment, having got my War to needing only to do the Dwarf area, and playing my Mage (still not listed here on the site - War is 16, not 5, and Mage is now 10 and not even a character yet here) through Redcliffe and many side quests.

for now I'd just be happy with normal scaled,(not daggers the size of swords), and better looking weapons. somthing like this would rock for dual wielding http://www.medievalc...fish-blade.aspx

So far I want to be the Lady of the Forest. That's it. Let me play for longer than 20 something hours I'll come up with more, but she's just awesome.

The usual wishes from me that never come to pass:
1. Non-elongated elf ears.
2. Slimmer elves (less muscular males, less voluptuous females).
3. Lighter skin options.
The third I'm usually perfectly capable of modding in myself, though the others tend to remain beyond my ability and opposite anyone else's interest.
This is, however, to date, the game I've least desired to mod. The models are the not my ideals, but the closest I've seen. I'm left wanting additional content rather than modified content. So:
1. Modules.
2. Modules.

better shape shifting. instead of spider you could be a werewolf and all your magic points are converted into strength points. also being able to turn into a drake and breath fire would be awesome

How about a Horde Mode. the final level was sooo easy. anyone that knows Gears of War or Halo 3: ODST know what i mean by horde.
waves of greater difficulty darkspawn. like every 5th wave would be special like all Ogres or something.
id love to see how long i could last

a mod to increase party cap to 5. my reason being that if you've got a dog that's imprinted to you it aught to go everywhere with you by default, and shouldn't limit your other party member options.

-Warden's Keep interior available (maybe replace camp? so chars that stayed with you live inside? like.. re-building the order there or something)
-OrZammar, Denerim, etc make it available to go back to those places, that would be nice.. maybe with a couple of easy quests on them, dunno.
-Something about morrigan... i miss her already. (Maybe this is bioware's point of a sequel?)
-More Armors, Weapons and Slots on Armors/Bows/Staffs.. maybe by smithing or something.
-Maybe more "Ruins Type" dungeons with some sort of Armor Set or something as a reward at the end.
i can keep going but i guess that's it for now, hehe
