I'm attempting to set up my tactics for a mage so I don't have to micromanage her. Now after she Hexes someone, I want her to hit that person with a elemental attack to benefit from the hex. Now under tactics, what is a hex considered?

I looked under the status, and the closest thing I have is Charmed. Is that right? If not what would be the appropriate choice?

I don't think Charmed would work. The best you can do that I'm aware of is to put an elemental attack after the Hex. That way, if the target is Hexed, or the Hex is on Cool-down, then your mage will use an elmental attack.
