Hello all,
for some unknown reason my Dragon Age refuses to start now. I get the error in a small box, saying the library "NxCharcater.dll" could no load. After clicking "ok" I get a Dragon Age message that tells me this:
We're sorry, an error has occured.
Error: There is a problem with your game's setup.
Please reinstall your game
I did as requested but the problem remains. First I believed the NxCharacter.dll got deleted for whatever reason, even though I cannot imagine why it should have been deleted since I don't belong to the group of people who use to mess around with their files. I found the missing dll .in my Dragon Age directory.
But nevertheless, the game still refuses to start. Does anybody know a solution for this? Could my registry cleaner have accidentally deleted an important line in the registry? I'm using the Glary Utility Suite and it worked always fine. All of my other games run fine. The only thing that I changed on my system a few weeks ago was to install the latest nVidia video drivers for my 9700GTM board.
Thanks for your time.
