But you've already got an M rating attached to Dragon Age: Origins, no? Unless you're shooting for a T rating with Dragon Age 2 I can't see why you'd want to keep the awkward looking sex scenes. It's not as if adding nudity ( where appropriate ) would suddenly propel the game to AO.
Sure... but see again where I said "just because you can doesn't mean you should". We'll include what we consider tasteful, and since we're not restricted to a Teen rating that means we can push the boundaries in other areas... as we choose. We'll do what we think is tasteful.
As for "awkward looking sex scenes", I'm not sure how one thing has anything to do with the other. Making them "less awkward" doesn't necessarily mean adding nudity. Again, it's simply a matter of taste.
But of course it's not awkward or hilarious at all that your character is getting down in their underwear. Dry humping doesn't really scream romantic, or love, it's just ridiculous; and not to shoot myself in the foot, but I'd just rather fade to black altogether than endure that kind of stupid.
No offense. Why include an adult situation if you don't plan on handling it with the maturity and taste that your fans/community have come to respect from every other aspect of your games. It sticks out like a sore thumb when other companies are pushing the boundaries for acceptable content, yet as a juggernaut yourselves you stand back not because of taste, im my opinion, but because you are afraid of the media wolves.
