Apologies if this has been raised recently.  I have searched but not comprehensivvely for this and similar topics.

So my
player profile is not updating and it seems to not have done so since
probably January, if not before christmas.  It claims to have updated
recently, but no new information ahs been added.  For example it claims
that over all games I have played I have killed a mere 800 or so creatures where as on my current game (with a Human Noble Rogue called Emily) I have killed onver two thousand, no recent characters appear in the profile let alone their portraits, etc. despite claims from within the game that achievemnets etc have been uploaded.  I have at least one achievement from each of the major DLCs, and none of these show up, alongside many of the achievements that I have gained in the past 6 months.

This is not a problem with me failing to log into this account for the game.  I have to sign in otherwise I am unable to play because of aforementioned DLCs.

Clearly this goes beyond mear server stress.  Are there any fixes or recommendations that can be given?

One final bit of information: This may hark back to a problem when I first joined the social site where I accidentally created two accounts with the same e-mail address and when I deleted one the other became unusable.  I then went on to reuse this e-mail for my current account.  Clearly this worked for a time as some characters and information has been uploaded, but after a while it must have ceased to update.  Was code changed in the site at some point regarding updating of player profiles?  Changing of e-mail account seems to not be an option as the account apparently is tied to it.

No idea, I've got the same problem, although it's really only been the past few days.

Screenshots aren't showing a progress bar to upload, characters aren't showing up in Profile Diagnostics. Either DA:O broke or the site has broken. My points balance is updating correctly, though. How odd.

Same problem here. Golemns of A... whatever finished since Monday, neither achievements nor new character are showing up.

Edit: Thought it to be a log-in issue so I wasn't interested in this matter earlier.

Snoteye, I glanced at that post before. However I have deleted some characters a while back, none ever have the same names and I have something like 27 files out of a maximum of 100 (it says somewhere), so it is not a basic conflict or a lack of space. If it recommends anything else (sorry if I'm being dense and failing to read something, it would hardly be the first time), then can you explicitly state it here. I admit that I don't find your wording particularly clear, but from what I can tell, I have done everything you have suggested.

Here is a link to an image of my persona diagnostics. None of these characters shown are recent and following a re-install all information pertaining to them has been lost, so I don't expect to fix them. What I do want is for more recent things to show up.

Edit:  Also when I try to upload a screenshot it claims that my quota for screenshots is full, despite there not ebing any (can't take a screenshot of this without a special capture program which I ahve no intention of buying fof this purpose, you will ahve to take my word on it).

Uploading a character via the Character Creator works fine (I saw the information update in Profile Diagnostics), so it's something wrong with either the game or the website. I'm going to guess that, in my case at least, DA:O has stopped communicating with parts of the website.

@jazzy: Look at section 2.1. Sorry I wasn't being clearer.

@OnlyShallow: The only thing I can think of I don't explicitly mention in that list is a firewall. I believe the Character Creator like the game accesses the current persona so if the Character Creator uploads that at least isn't your problem.

Nothing's changed on my end, so DA:O shouldn't be blocked. As I said in my post, it authorises my DLC and updates my points balance just fine.

No rush, anyways.

My profile just updated.... I've not been logged into the game since the mentioned run. But I'm glad now that it still works for me... somehow.
