I recently downloaded both the Darkspawn Chronicles and Golems Amgarrak DLC and have been unable to access either of them from the main menu via New Game as the DLC descriptions specified. When accessing New Game it takes me directly to the opening movie in Dragon Age Origins (With the Chant of Light Quote) and then to the character creation screen. I also have Dragon Age Awakening but in the stand alone format as opposed to directly downloading it. I tried using the Dragon Age Awakening disc as well and was also unsuccesful with the similar result as with Origins instead with the Create or Import character options appearing without any form of selection options outside of the one that intially shows in Awakening. I also checked my download history to ensure that both DLC are installed properly (they are) and have still been unable to access either of them.

Has anyone else encountered this and figured out to access the content or have I been using the wrong disc? (I am currently using the Dragon Age Origins disc.)

Are you logged into the xbox live,and dragon age servers, and have your gamertag, bioware, and EA accounts properly linked?
