 It's happening again; squadmates with Squad Ammo powers "doing their own thing!" Zaeed on my Insanity run, now Jacob on NG+ lvl30 Sentinel; I set the squad to Warp and Jacob decided that Incendary was better. When playing as a Soldier it doesn't happen because NO body gets a squad ammo power, with Sentinels it's a bonus power A/P or Warp
Wasn't this "supposed to be fixed" with the Xbox360 Patch?

If you have squad powers turned ON then they switch back n forth.
