Ok, i purchased this game via a digital download, it downloads fine with no problems so i have the .bin1-5 files and the setup.exe, i run the .exe file and everytime it finishes installing (at 100%) it says 'No supported Language Found, Contact Bioware' and then shuts down the setup and completely removes the files and folders it created during the install.

Ive redownloaded the game 3 or 4 times incase something went wrong but no happens everytime.

ive tried reinstalling about 10 times and still nothing. Ive done some searching around and found absolutely zip on this matter and have had no reply from the peopel i purchased it from or bioware...

I no there is a way round this and would really appreciate some help.

Im Running WinXP and the language i have always used is English(UK) and never had a problem like this with any other game.

Thanks.

P.s. If there is no way round it i would like my money back...
(i could have just torrented this game and got less hassle)

Im no computer wiz but thats not right is it?

I also followed the address to the 'DraginAgeTemp' folder and found an install.exe, i put that in the folder i downloaded my game too and tried to run it... it turns out the setup.exe is fine (hence why it completes the install) but the install.exe where u select ur language etc. is not.... It only has English (United States) language and no other which would be great if it worked... so i changed my OS language to English (US), restarted,  re-ran the 'install.exe' and still NOTHING... ive tried everything i can possibly think of.

I'm sure it's come up, but you probably won't find anyone dropping in soon who remembers what it is all about. It's a summertime weekend, and most everyone has something more interesting to do than readng forums. I've taken a break from yard work outside, myself, and as hot as it is already, may put off the rest until tomorrow.

Meanwhile, how many search attempts have you followed up? That's probably going to be your best bet before Monday evening or so.  You should have widened that to include Dragon Age, since they probably share the same foreign language distribution gimmicks.

Ive also given up on the matter until monday/tuesday as its more hassle than its worth.

Ive attempted all given 'works' and 'fixes' that i can find such as changing OS language from English(UK) to English(US) and tried reinstalling, ive tried running from the install.exe, redownloading, reinstalling, nothing works and the whole matter is pretty pale on the help or popularity front. I downloaded the game from GAME.co.uk and have attempted to contact them who have passed me on to EA, EA have then passed it onto someone else.... ye you see where this is going.

The only thing ive come up with so far is that when i run the setup.exe it starts to install, unpacks all the files and can even see it unpacking the English_voiceover_pack and other languages and it gets all the way to 100%. But, when it finishes the setup.exe thats when im slapped with the message 'No supported languages found'. I then copy the install.exe i found in the DragonAgeTemp file (which only shows up while running the setup.exe) into the folder i saved the downloaded game files too, try running that and BAM, instant 'no supported languages found' message, which leads me to beleive that the install.exe is the problem as tries to run after the setup.exe file.

I hope thats enough info (sorry its abit long winded)

You have dug up a dead and long-buried corpse that does not appear to have had very much in common with your own problem, and you have chosen to avoid disclosing any useful information, so even if you had made a better choice of a message thread to piggy-back with, you have started off badly.

Please refer to Raen's post "Read First", which is pinned on top as a Sticky for new arrivals to benefit from, and complete your own private post about your problem, following his guides.

P. S. You also need to register the game in your profile.

Thank you.
