I am having the same issues. Bought the game last night (ultimate pack off steam) and registered both codes I was given. All DLC is unauthorised except the orgins game and the awakenings expac.
Its driving me insane trying to get it to work.

I have the same problem. I bought the game after playing DA2 and its fine fine till last night when all my DLC became unautherised. I treid some of the fixes in this forum but with no luck. I then decided "**** it" I'll buy them, but when I clicked "Buy" I got a message saying Unable to connect to Dragon Age servers". now Im thinking its a server side issue and I have seen a post where someone was told by tech support that the DAO servers were down. Hopefully we just need to be patient. ;-/

I am in the same boat. I was playing last night. Everything was fine; today nothing. I did notice over the past couple of days that when I first tried to log on it gave me that message and when I tried again it worked. Multiple retries, reboots, relogging today and nothing.

Yup same here, trying to trouble shoot this problem my CE content is now missing.

why in gods name doesnt it just pick up that your account has put in a code to use that content and authorise it already!

Same problem just bought Ultimate edition through steam and no authorization and no response from bioware.

I've got the game for more than a year and it suddenly stopped working Oo
It says I'm connected but the option to refresh my bioware points and registered content doesn't even exist, the refresh button is "--" greyed out Oo

And I just wanted to play the good Dragon Age game Oo

I'm glad to know that everyone who didn't buy the dlc and game and just cracked it is still able to play the game with his dlc, wouldn't be fair otherwise Oo

edit: did anyone else notice that the DAUpdateservice starts and stops remarkably fast which indicates that it doesn't do anything at all Oo

I have all the downloaded content and just finished main game, i started to play witch hunt and saved after a while then came off. went to continue playing today and i have no save, and all my campaigns have gone wtf is going on. then it says my account is the wrong one but i havnt changed it since i started playing. I then get asked to create a new account and get asked 300 other questions by ea just to get the game working again. and im getting very agitated now because its still not letting play a game i was already playing yesterday ffs someone sort this out please

Good news, people. I was able to get in my game this morning. It appears the problem has been fixed! Have fun :-)

I have had the same problem with my DLC. i have however found a way around it so am able to play dlc within the origins story by not signing in until i load my save.
If i sign i before hand however it say i cannot load at list all DLC saying i am not on the right account there for cannot load the game.
This way works fine for me i just dont sign in until i have loaded the campign. I am using Ultimate edition from a disc not normal edition. hope this helps anyone even a bit
