Well Hawke has Beard. And that worked for Chuck Norris so...
Yeah, I went there.
Shepard can have a beard, and he IS Chuck Norris.
In all seriousness, Shepard every situation.
It takes time to cast Magic, so Hawkes won't have a chance to do it. If he tries to cast a spell Shepard will own him with a one shot kill to the head or just a blow to the head with his Shepard Punch/Kick.
We've seen Shepard kick the crap out of two Turian criminals with his hands and feet. Turians have metallic exoskeletons and he drops one of them to the ground just with ONE punch to the stomach. Imagine what he could do to a Human with that kinda punch. He's done alot more unarmed combat besides this too and he always pwns.
Shepard has a metallic skeleton with cybernetically enhanced muscles and skin. His skin and muscles could probally deflect a bullet assuming that his kinetic shielding his down from a number of bullets fired at him.
Shepard has the Cain, it fires an immense amount of energy that's equilavant to a mini-nuke. End of story.
Shepard's an Expert Sniper.(If he's a Soldier or an Infiltrator.)
Renegade Shepard has cool one-liners. "Your working too hard." *Electocute with power cord.*
Shepard has a group of 18 (Mass Effect 1 and 2 crew included.)
Shepard could probally fight the Arch-Demon with his bare fists and win. A sword is no match for Shepards Superhuman strength and kickboxing moves. (One kick and your dead.)
Shepard has owned a Reaper(A ship that's big enough to cover 25% of the Earth if it landed down on it, and there's billions of them outside of the Galaxy in Dark Space which Shepard has to own in Mass Effect 3), Saren Arterius the best spectre in the galaxy, Saren's revived cyborg skeleton, Trillions and Trillions of Mercenaries, Geth, Cerberus Soldiers, Krogan and other enemies in Mass Effect. And a Human-Reaper.
In short there's nothing Shepard can't kill and and only a Reaper could even match up to him...For a few seconds before he get's every crew member with a Cain to blow the crap out of it.
