Jeez so much for any new creature that may want to sparkle....Dead before its given a chance....Besides twilight did not have vampires imo.

Whilst Twilight has no real vampires in it, it still managed to ruin the entire race.

Twilight has made me very anti-vampire. Unless we get to stake the Twilight version vampire in the face, I would rather vampires be kept out of DA tyvm.

But what happens to mages? Blood mages in particular.



And no I don't want vampires, I like some of them but not in DA. It's already epic enough with their demons and dragons and whatnot.

Too many fancy dressed "nice" vamps in pop culture now, make them godless, flesh eating, dripping hell beasts with no compulsion other than digesting fresh meat, like 30 Days Of Night, but freakier.

It is so sad that a few horrible movies have ruined the reputation of vampires. Hopefully within a decade or less twilight will be a distant memory and vampires can reclaim thier rightful place.

Or maybe someone is writing a book or movie script for the more adult vampire fans that will shadow this horrible serie.

I hope so. But my greates fear is that people see money in this tween fantasy and that we see more horrible copys...

I think you're an idiot. Vampires are stupid and do not belong in Dragon Age Mythos. Go play some elderscrolls and do some quests for the Dark Brotherhood.

Urgh, vampires. How is they have managed to lose their cool? I blame the fangirls. I saw maybe 10 minutes of Twilight and had to go read Anne Rice's Interview with a Vampire just to take away the aftertaste.



Regarding DragonAge having vampires...eh, no. Theyve made a great world full of origional monsters, why not keep that origionality and forget about cliches like vampires (I'll admit, I found the werewolves of DA:O to be a bit o' a stretch TBH)

Has anyone other than me noticed that vampires seem to go through sort of . . . phases? . . . with the general public? When I was in high school, watching Buffy/Angel and reading Ann Rice, everyone thought I was a death-obsessed freak because I liked vampires. Then mother-friggin Twilight comes along and all of a sudden vampires are juuuuust fine. <_<

So, probably in the next decade after Twilight is forgotten, we'll go back to being freaks for liking vampires. Although by then I'll be in my thirties, so I suppose only my kids will think I'm weird.
