Can someone diagnose these pics and tell me what the problem is? bonus points for a fix. My graphics card is a nvidia 7950gt

This isnt an issue with only Miranda, all characters have problems like this.

Did you fully update the game? Are your video card drivers up to date? Reinstalling the game might help.

I'm using the latest driver for my card and I installed the game yesterday

Well, there's your problem. The 25x.xx drivers cause graphical errors on Geforce 6 and 7 videocards in Unreal Engine 3 games. Get a 19x.xx driver and the problem should go away.
